Who is the Chair?
The chair is in charge of leading the Executive Board of the UCSRN, as well as the General Assemblies. This entails organizing and chairing weekly board meetings, preparing meeting agendas, keeping track and supervising EB projects, and maintaining an overview of all that is going on within the organization. The chair is also in charge of organizing and chairing the General Assemblies, as well as ensuring that the organization is following the Statutes and policy manuals at all times.
Are you the next chair?
As Chair of the Executive Board you represent and coordinate the Executive Board as well as the entire organization. You are expected to lead the board, ensuring that the team can work together efficiently and that everyone stays motivated. Furthermore, you will be taking on the role of chair and mediator during the General Assemblies, ensuring that decisions are taken fairly and fostering collaboration and communication.
