Saturday 24th of February, LUC The Hague will be hosting the annual UCSRN Spotlight: a talent show where students from every UC get the opportunity to perform and showcase their talents. The event will be followed by an after-party in LUC’s student bar, where you will get the chance to socialize with students from other UCs! Details about the exact timing and logistics will be coming soon. Craft the Ultimate Experience: UCSRN Tournament Team Recruitment! Every year, the University Colleges compete in a variety of categories (from Football to Painting and from Chess to a Battle of the Bands). The UCSRN Tournament takes place at the end of the year – and this year it will take place at Utrecht University College! This year we are working more closely together as university colleges. We would like to offer everyone the chance to collaborate on this exciting event!(Check out the ucsrn tournament accounts on instagram!) The EB presented the financial plan for the upcoming year and gave a UCSRN status update. With the addition of Harmen as the new Secretary and Merel as External Relations Officer, our board is now complete. Here’s to our network and a promising future!  FRIDAY 1 DECEMBER: COME CHEER FOR YOUR UC! Get ready for a thrilling day of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fierce competition as the AUC proudly presents this year’s UC Football Tournament! We hope to see you come play or cheer, or attend the Borrel after the Tournament at Maslow. The Tournament will be held at the Zeeburgia Football Fields from 20-22h. See you there! Looking for YOU: Symposium Team Members Wanted Do you believe in the power of interdisciplinary collaboration to drive positive change? If so, we invite you to be a part of an exciting initiative that aims to connect our academic communities across the Netherlands. In the academic committee, we came up with organising a Symposium – where we would invite professors to talk about an interdisciplinary topic in April (for example Decolonising Universities). It would be a unique event where we can come together as the University Colleges in the Netherlands and share our views. Are you interested in working with people from different university colleges?
